Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to mainland UK only. We are looking into delivering internationally, so please do keep an eye out!

How long does shipping take?

All orders have a 3-5 day processing time, plus the Evri standard delivery time of 2-4 days. Please do contact us if you need your order sooner than this.

How do I track my order?

When your order has been confirmed and packed, you'll receive a tracking number. You can use this number on the Evri website to track your order.

How do I return an item?

Returning your order is hassle-free! Simply follow these steps:

How long does it take to process my return?

Once your return is received, we will work promptly to process it efficiently. We strive to complete the process as swiftly as possible.

Upon receiving your returned item, please allow up to 3-5 for us to inspect and validate the return. Following the inspection, we'll promptly issue your refund or process the exchange according to your preference.

Can I exchange for a different item?

Exchanges are not accepted on any of our items.

How do I clean the trackers?

All our trackers are reusable, which means you can keep using them as long as you like!

We recommend using 100% acetone nail varnish remover. Simply pour onto a cotton pad and wipe down your tracker.

You must avoid the liquid meeting the edges, as this will damage your tracker.

What are our trackers made from?

Although all the designs of the trackers are originals by me, Beth, the physical trackers are printed using a professional printed company.

Trackers are printed onto 350gsm card and laminated with a soft coated gloss lamination.

Can I request personalisation?

As all trackers are professionally printed, personalisation is not an offer on any of our trackers.
